Simply put, a maximum time frame of 8 days for any order during normal times. During holidays there may be delayed shipments. If we have addressed issues, we always reach out to customers for confirmation. Thus, in unusual circumstances, it may take a few days longer!
Exchanges and Returns:
Our goal is to provide you with artworks you’ll love for life. We take our quality very seriously to ensure our products complement your home or office! Once a purchase has been made, if you change your mind, we do offer a 3-day exchange policy.
If an artwork is damaged during shipment, we will offer free exchange with another artwork of the same price of your choice from our gallery.
We are not able to offer refunds in the following cases:
Any item not in its original condition is damaged for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Sale Items: Only regular-priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
